Premium Inclusions (Metro Plus)

'Standard - Metro Plus' for Metro Homes means optional for most other builders.

We now include standard appointments like T2 Termite resistant framing, Solar HWS, Free electricity from the sun with 1.5KW of Solar Photovoltaic cells, magnificent Caesarstone tops to the kitchen, stainless steel upright cooker, canopy rangehood, dishwasher, mixer tapware, handheld showers, upmarket ceramic basins and WC suites and many more items too numerous to list here.

In fact, we include thousands of dollars worth of 'standard' items the other builders call upgrades FREE! Plus our famous personal service and attention to detail like no other contract home builder.

Site Costs Included

  • Applies to “S” sites up to 800m² with town water and sewer available. Based on maximum 500mm fall over building area, building on 6m setback. Concrete pump & std sediment control fencing included. Tree removal, piering, rock excavation, and retaining walls at additional cost.

Going Green
